Buttermere Camino Residential Retreat
Poiema Community and Retreat House are running a retreat alongside the annual Grasmoor Mission Community (GMC) Buttermere Camino. Join with fellow pilgrims in walking the beautiful 11 mile route between the churches of Lorton, Loweswater and Buttermere on Saturday 1st August. The weekend will include time together and alone as we explore the theme of pilgrimage.
The retreat will start with an evening meal on the Friday, formally ending after lunch on the Sunday. Retreatants have the option to stay Sunday night and leave on the Monday morning, if they would like to spend more time enjoying the locality and facilities at the Community.
